Hedra Kamel is a structural engineer with over 25 years of experience across design, structural engineering and construction management, having contributed to landmark projects both locally and internationally. As the founder of J+P Building Solutions, Hedra brings a construction-focused approach to engineering — combining deep technical expertise with a hands-on understanding of how projects are delivered on site.
Drawing on a talented in-house team, J+P’s portfolio spans bespoke residential, multi-residential and commercial developments, with a particular strength in complex and technically challenging projects — including heritage-listed properties — where creative problem-solving and precise engineering are essential.
Hedra works closely with architects, builders and developers to deliver solutions that are technically sound, buildable and commercially aligned, from concept through to completion.
